Welcome to Berlin!
A very warm welcome to Berlin for our COEU Leaders Meeting, Winning the Future: Turning Ambition into Action.
As we embark on our Shift & Grow 2030 journey, this meeting is an important opportunity for us to come together as one Continental Europe leadership team and align on the priorities that will shape our future success.
Over these 3 days, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges facing our business, sharpen our focus on the actions that matter most, and strengthen our collective commitment to delivering sustainable growth across the region.
This is also a moment to embrace the mindset and cultural shift needed to win in a rapidly evolving environment. Achieving our ambitions will require us to think differently, challenge ourselves, foster collaboration and lead with agility, accountability and a growth mindset.
Equally important, this meeting allows us to reinforce our connection as one leadership team. By sharing perspectives, learning from one another, we can accelerate our impact and create greater value for our clients, consumers, teams and communities.
Let’s make the most of these 3 days as we align, connect and turn ambition into action to win the future together!

About Germany
Germany is a fascinating country in the heart of Europe, where medieval castles, buzzing cities, and stunning landscapes come together. Think fairytale castles, lively beer gardens, hearty sausages, and an autobahn where “just a quick drive” can turn into a very serious speed experiment. And the Germans themselves? Friendly, straightforward, famously organised, and always ready for a good time, as long as everything is planned properly first!
